When does Stepray launch?
A closed beta on Android starts in winter 2026, then the launch on Google Play. iPhone follows after that.
Is Stepray only for people with an ADHD diagnosis?
No. It's designed for ADHD brains, diagnosed or not, and for anyone who struggles to get started or keep track of time.
Is Stepray a medical app?
No. Stepray is a productivity tool. It doesn't diagnose, treat or give medical advice. The medication reminder only reminds; it never gives dosing information.
What does it cost?
The free plan includes capture, Today, reminders, timers, routines and 5 AI breakdowns a week. Stepray Plus is €5.99 a month or €39.99 a year, with a 14-day free trial.
Which languages are supported?
English, German and Arabic at launch, each written natively, with full right-to-left support for Arabic.
What happens to my data?
Your tasks are stored on your phone. If you sign in and choose to keep a copy, they're also kept in your account so they can move to a new phone. Medication logs always stay on your phone. You can export or delete everything at any time, right in the app.
Will notifications say "ADHD"?
Never. Notifications and the app icon are discreet.
